As one of our Production Foreman you must have:

- 7 to 10+ years of construction experience

- Understanding of load bearing in building construction

- Ability to read project diagrams

- Proven track record of successfully leading, overseeing, and mentoring multiple team members

- Oversight of daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an efficient and safe manner

- Drive safety awareness as a constant priority

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to embody the company’s core values and demonstrate those values to our clients and fellow co-workers

- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

- Reliable transportation to the office/shop

- Ability to drive company vehicles including pulling a goose-neck trailer

- Unrestricted lifting ability and able to lift 80lbs or more

- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl

- Ability to crawl and work under houses/confined spaces

- Ability to work overtime as needed

PREFERRED:

- Previous residential construction experience

- Ability to tow goose neck trailer

- Ability to operate Mini-Excavator, Forklift and Skid Steer Track Loader

- OSHA 30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Earn as much as $63,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year with overtime and bonuses
