REQUIRED:

- Ability to read project diagrams

- Good communication (verbal and written) skills 

- Ability to professionally represent the company to clients

- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

- Reliable transportation to the office

- Ability to travel the gulf coast

- Unrestricted lifting ability

- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl

- Able to crawl and work under houses/confined spaces

- Must be able to lift 80lbs or more

PREFERRED:

- 5-7 years of construction experience 

- Previous residential or commercial building construction experience

- Understanding of load bearing in building construction

- Previous team leadership experience

- Ability to pull a goose-neck trailer

- Ability to operate mini-excavator, forklift, skid-steer, and/or Dingo

- Ability to work overtime if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Earn as much as $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year with overtime and bonuses
