Concrete Foreman Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified foreman who can help us complete a variety of projects in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. They must be able to perform various on-site tasks, and make sure every site is perfectly safe.
A good job candidate must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, such operating heavy machinery and equipment. They also need to work great in a team to ensure successful implementation of landscape/hardscape plans.
Responsibilities of a Concrete Foreman:
- Oversee concrete installation projects.
- Review landscape/hardscape plans and ensure accurate and precise implementation of those plans.
- Coordinate with the team to execute tasks according to the project scope.
- Lead the team in performing various tasks and ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Being compliant with all the health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the project.
Concrete Foreman Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years field experience.
- Experience reading and implementing blueprints/plans.
- Ability to self-manage, train crew members, and delegate tasks effectively.
- High quality-control standards.
- Effective time management skills.
- Experience operating skid steer and related industry equipment.
- Leadership, organization, and time management skills are a must.
- Ability to learn and implement strategies to improve production and enforce quality standards.
- Must have transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record CDL preferred.
Pay Rate: $30-$45 per hour plus profit sharing. Hourly Rate based on experience.
$1000 Signing Bonus after 180 days of employment (for full-time employees)
