• Preparing sites for construction and keeping them safe
• Operating heavy machinery and equipment

Concrete Laborer Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated concrete laborer who can help us complete a variety of projects in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.

A good job candidate must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, such lifting heavy equipment. They also need to have strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities of a Concrete Laborer:

• Execute hardscape/concrete projects.
• Work in a team to complete tasks according to project scope.
• Properly use and maintain equipment.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the project.
• Be compliant with all health and safety regulations.

Concrete Laborer Job Requirements:

• Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Can follow jobsite safety guidelines.
• Ability to follow directions and implement strategies for daily improvement.
• Ability to utilize general and concrete finishing hand tools.
• Experience setting up concrete forms a plus.
• Experience finishing concrete a plus.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Pay rate: $20 to $25 per hour based on experience and ability

$1000 Signing Bonus after 180 days of employment (for full-time employees)
