Our General Managers make an impact by managing all aspects of restaurant operations, driving

business results, building engaged teams, and getting involved in their communities. Their work goes

beyond making great tacos, it’s about creating a fun and energetic environment.

We will support your development and help you:

● Grow a successful business: drive sales, build understanding of the industry and business

acumen

● Develop crew members: lead, and train your team to be the best they can be while encouraging

● Become a community advocate: assist you in getting involved and serving the communities that support us

What we’re looking for:

● 2 years of retail/restaurant experience

● Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills

● Entrepreneurial mindset

● Strong leaders with the ability to coach and role model professional maturity

Requirements:

● Ability to work full time, includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
