Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of 10+ team members, ensuring smooth operations and high morale
Foster genuine hospitality by making emotional connections with Guests and team members
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment, meeting all safety standards
Deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality service, maintaining our Chick-fil-A standards
Demonstrate critical thinking skills by addressing concerns quickly and effectively for both customers and team members
Train, mentor, and support new team members, promoting a positive work culture
Take immediate action and show care, always ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members
Lead shifts efficiently, maintaining excellent communication with team members and management

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ people
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering genuine hospitality
Ability to think critically, resolve problems quickly, and make decisions with care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while delivering exceptional service
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace
Reliable transportation to and from work
