Pollman’s Bake Shop Dishwasher
Qualifications
- Experience hand washing and using a large commercial dishwasher.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and follow directions and procedures
- Experience using different types of chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Must know and follow sanitation procedures
- Capable of working in a timely manner through multiple tasks
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to work independently and part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Follow the written daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule per Mobile County Health Department, OSHA, and In-house guidelines
- Properly mix and maintain chemicals used for various surfaces including equipment, glass, floors, etc.
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; dust and wipe down surfaces; clean and sanitize some kitchen and cooking equipment
- Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of the restroom, perimeter of the building and parking lot
- Gathering and emptying indoor trash
- Maintaining tools and equipment needed for cleaning duties
- Responsible for making sure all trash is disposed of properly
- Immediately report safety hazards, violations, and needed repairs
Details
- Wednesday and Saturday maximum 16 hours a week.
- $12-14 based on past experience and skill level
- Must be able to work some minor holidays
