Responsibilities:
- Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

- Team members attending high school age 16 and over must be able to work till 1030pm at least one week night (Monday - Thursday) and one weekend (Friday and Saturday) night per work.
