Food Truck Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak in a Friendly Tone, and Always say My Pleasure
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, have a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Keep the Food Truck, trailers, and kitchen areas neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening, closing, or preparation tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
