Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Extreme ownership of specific functions or areas of the restaurant operation.
Offering immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
Assisting in training new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for the team
Being a friendly, encouraging team player
Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder
Counting drawers and finalizing the day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is preferred
