Pathway to Leadership: Operations Lead Role

At Chick-fil-A Pasadena, we believe in developing exceptional leaders through a structured and intentional growth process. If you aspire to become an Operations Lead, here’s what you can expect on your journey:


Foundational Training (First 90 Days)

All candidates begin in the Team Member role for their first 90 days to build a strong understanding of our culture, guest experience, and daily operations.


Evaluation & Advancement

After 90 days, your performance and leadership potential will be assessed to determine readiness for the Operations Lead Training Program.


 Comprehensive Leadership Development

This program equips you with in-depth knowledge of Front of House and Back of House operations, preparing you to lead effectively. The transition to an Operations Lead is based on competency and typically takes 6 to 12 months to complete.


 Important Consideration

This is a rigorous training process designed to develop high-caliber leaders who can lead both themselves and a team of 100+. If you are seeking a quick promotion to a management role within 3 months, this may not be the right fit.We are looking for dedicated, growth-minded individuals who are ready to commit to a leadership journey built on excellence, teamwork, and long-term success. Operations Lead (Shift Manager)

As an Operation Lead, you can open and close the restaurant, achieve daily goals, and ensure all team members are trained to the highest standards. This role offers a competitive wage starting at $21/hr, potentially growing to $25+ after promotion, along with benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and employee discounts. Job Responsibilities

  • Open and Close the restaurant to standard.
  • Lead the team to achieve daily goals and ensure quality customer experience.
  • Train new and existing Team Members according to Chick-fil-A Pathway procedures.
  • Provide meaningful feedback and coaching to all Team Members and Leaders
  • Uphold our Operator's Vision and Values daily

Additional Training Responsibilities

  • Build Training Plans
  • Conduct Team Member Evaluations
  • Conduct Training Alignments

  • Maintains clear and open communication with Team Members and business leaders
  • Leads with empathy and a servant's heart
  • Adapts training approach based on different learning styles

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three months of service or more at Chick-fil-A Pasadena
  • Demonstrated proven leadership capacity and competency
