Job Responsibilities

Open and Close the restaurant to standard.
Lead the team to achieve daily goals and ensure quality customer experience.
Train new and existing Team Members according to Chick-fil-A Pathway procedures.
Provide meaningful feedback and coaching to all Team Members and Leaders
Uphold our Operator's Vision and Values daily

Conduct Team Member Evaluations
Conduct Training Alignments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Three months of service or more at Chick-fil-A Pasadena
Demonstrated proven leadership capacity and competency
