Front of House Daytime Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically with guests
Make emotional connections with guests to enhance their experience
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
Multitask quickly and efficiently
Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
Effectively communicate with guests and team members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Be available between 5:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Consistency and reliability
Cheerful and positive attitude
Passion for serving and helping others
Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to multitask
Works well independently and in a team environment
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry on a regular basis
Ability to stand for long periods of time
