This position requires the manager to serve full time as well as manage full time. This is a tip based job with a higher hourly rate. 30-40 hours a week and need to be available Tue-Thur and Sat/Sun.

Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.
• Must be willing to train employees to facilitate quick acclimation.
• Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
• Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
• Creating schedules for all kitchen staff??

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager preferred.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Conflict management abilities.
