We are looking forward to opening our new Jefferson Location. Our estimated opening date will be the last week of May or first week of June with training happening a week before opening. We are currently setting up interviews for the following two weeks:

Responsibilities:

• Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate food orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW our guests.
• Label food and rotate properly (FIFO).

Requirements:

• Prior cook experience is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time and prepare for each scheduled shift.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to be coached and try new things.
