Job Title: Seafood Clerk

JOB SUMMARY
To provide customers with a full display of fresh seafood, waiting on customers and filling their
orders to ensure customer requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES

E Provide products and services that are competitively priced, meet the requirements of internal and external
customers at all times and abide by the Company’s Mission Statement.
E Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor (to ensure safety) and sanitation regulations are met.
E Set up seafood case by filling case with ice, taking fish from cooler, rinse first, check for quality, fill
case with fish and salads and garnish case.
E Fill case as needed by identification when product is needed, bringing product from cooler and filling
in case.
E Waiting on customers by determining what the customer wants, pulling it from the case, weighing and
pricing product.
A Taking customers’ orders over the phone.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to read and follow instructions
Verbal and written communicative skills
Basic math skills
Ability to work in cold/wet environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, twist and stretch to reach into case.
