Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Ability to manage restaurant funds, schedules and training.
- High school diploma, some post-high school diploma a plus.
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends.
- High sense of urgency.
- High standard of cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
