Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests with specials, menu updates and suggestions
- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders with a pos handheld
- Suggestive upselling such as appetizers, add ons and desserts
- Monitor and fulfill guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- RAMP Certified
- Consistency and Reliability
- Cheerful and Positive Attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Knowledge of house made brewery and distillery products.
- Guest-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to an amazing dining experience.
