Overview


Chick-fil-A Alma School & Southern is hiring a growing professional who wants to expand their leadership skills, build their career portfolio, and have the opportunity to grow within the company. Responsibilities:

  • Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication
  • Lead a team of 8+ leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards
  • Maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet business needs
  • Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled
  • Coach supervisors to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results
  • Work in the store at Alma School & Southern and perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members
  • Track record of ownership and commitment to completion
  • Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
  • Must display optimism and possess a positive attitude
  • Initiative and hospitality skills
