Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively while coaching and developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. In this role, you will learn valuable skills in leadership and customer service while being part of a positive, people-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and with integrity to promote Chick-fil-A’s purpose, vision, and values
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Communicate team goals, expectations, and feedback regularly
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guests' needs
- Open and/or close, and help lead shifts
- Count drawers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
