*The Chicken Cook is responsible for marinating, hand breading, and perfectly frying our Cajun chicken

*The Chicken Cook must also filter cooking oil in six fryers each shift, clean and maintain fryers, chicken breading station, chicken prep sink, and walk-in chicken cooler
