Responsibilities:

Preparing ingredients
Preparing salads, side items, wraps, and catering trays
Washing dishes
Cleaning equipment and floors in prep area
Maintaining a clean work station

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Experience operating light duty cleaning equipment
Detail-oriented and independent worker
Availability from 9 pm to 5 am
