Upon completion of training, candidates will take on a leadership role in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the shift, including assigning Team Members in their positions, managing operational bottlenecks, and addressing guest concerns
- Setting goals for Team Members and coaching toward continuous improvement
- Overseeing daily operational systems, like shift checklists, food safety and quality assessments, and catering preparation
- Stewarding resources by monitoring labor costs and coaching behaviors that impact food cost
- implement and hold the team accountable to systems that insure quality and customer experience embody Chick-fil-A standards
- Meeting weekly with a Director to set shift goals and personal development goals in a one-on-one
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must have leadership experience, in a restaurant a plus
- Consistent availability
- Must have availability for five closing shifts per week
- No seasonal opportunities are available
