The Shift Leader is a critical leadership position within our restaurant operation. They lead and coach their teams and take ownership of the Back of House. It is an opportunity to develop restaurant operations experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for ensuring:

  • Guests receive a remarkable experience
  • Overseeing daily shift operations
  • All food safety requirements and standards are exceeded
  • The kitchen is kept neat, clean and orderly at all times

All Back of House Shift Leads are responsible for organizing their teams, execution of systems and processes, commitment to learning and ensuring shifts run smoothly.


Requirements:

We ask that Applicants are:

  • Energetic, self-driven, servant-minded leader
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Open Availability
