Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to keep the kitchen fully stocked and clean
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and support the kitchen's overall cleanliness
Sort and stack clean dishes, pots, and pans to keep the kitchen organized
Assist with food preparation as needed, especially during busy times
Notify the kitchen team of any damaged or broken items requiring attention
Adhere to proper sanitation and safety procedures
Be a team player by helping out wherever needed to ensure seamless kitchen operations

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift moderate weights
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
