This 60-day program provides hands-on experience, skill-building, and the opportunity to lead with excellence.

Program Requirements:

Eligibility: Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a fast-paced work environment

Interview Process: Includes leadership-based questions and training in Chick-fil-A’s HEARD Model for service.
Offer: Selected candidates receive a 30-day contract with program expectations.
