Program Overview:
The Team Member Development Program is a leadership training initiative designed to develop selected candidates into leaders at Chick-fil-A. This program is tailored for those who consistently demonstrate excellence in their roles. Participants will gain essential skills to transition into leadership roles and drive success within the culture.
This program is open for those that possess:

- The ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to our restaurant's environment.
The Team Member Development Program aims to:
- Equip future leaders with foundational leadership skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and team management.
- Prepare team members to uphold and embody Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellent service, integrity, and a welcoming environment.
- Build confidence in handling day-to-day challenges, supporting team morale, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Offer hands-on experience in a leadership capacity, enabling team members to apply new skills in real-time scenarios.
The TMD Program will consist of:
1) Mentorship and Guidance: Work under the mentorship of a current team leader, gaining insight into team management and operational oversight.
2) Hands-on Experience: Assist with team oversight and day-to-day restaurant operations, gradually increasing responsibility as skills develop.
3) Hospitality and Productivity: Maintain high standards of service, setting an example for team members and reinforcing Chick-fil-A’s commitment to hospitality.
