Job Title: Automotive Finance Manager – Full-Time

We are expanding! Join All United Auto, Plant City’s top-rated, family-owned dealership for over 12 years. We're seeking a motivated and outgoing Finance Manager to help drive our growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with financing options and secure lender approvals.
• Respond to leads via phone, email, text, and messaging.
• Schedule and follow up on customer appointments.
• Post regularly on social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage daily schedules and maintain accurate customer records.
• Drive outside marketing initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean record.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Experience in finance or sales is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
