What is it like to work at Jimmy John's?
It is a fast paced, clean environment. Everything has order and commitment, which makes doing your job easier. First, you are required to memorize the sandwiches, which is most beneficial you, as a new employee to have some confidence in you job. We teach and coach all aspects from register, to sandwich making to customer service.
