As a Market Leader, you’ll use your expertise to oversee daily and strategic operations across a $12M+ territory of 5-15 high-volume restaurants. With about 80% of your time spent visiting locations, you’ll work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly, coach and develop leaders, and ensure we're providing extraordinary hospitality, 24/7.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Take charge of and grow an emerging market ($12M+)
- Blend hands-on leadership with big-picture strategy to drive success
- Lead a team of 500-1,000 burger experts to deliver 5-star hospitality and operational excellence at every location
- Recruit, retain, and develop a pipeline of outstanding restaurant leaders
- Partner with unit leaders to boost performance, improve metrics, and create a culture of continuous improvement
- Handle employee concerns and escalations quickly and with empathy
- Drive local strategies for new unit openings, making sure every new location starts off strong and thrives
- Set the standard for professionalism, coaching your team, sharing ideas, and celebrating wins
- Foster a culture of friendly competition, productivity, accountability, and fun

- $100k - $110k base salary (paid weekly!)

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:
- You’ve led multi-site markets (5+ units) for well-known brands like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, or similar
- You bring expert knowledge in restaurant operations, including budgeting, food safety, and P&L management
- You’re a hands-on leader who actively engages, motivates, and connects with your team
- You have a deep understanding of performance management and how to drive results
- You can clearly present ideas, provide objective feedback, and make recommendations that inspire action
- You have substantial knowledge of restaurant best practices and know how to apply them effectively
