Job Summary:

BOH team member- line cook works in fast-paced, intense environment preparing burgers, fries and similar better fast food items, but does so much more then that. We rely on cross-training and teamwork, and you will be tasked with things outside of your regular job from time to time, such as prepping batches. ( We also believe this is a great way to learn more skills and medicine against boredom)! Line cooks are in charge to deliver the best quality food that made us a neighborhood and city staple! They follow food safety procedures, using FIFO method and following Health Department food storage regulations. They work well with the team, creating a happy and upbeat working environment in which we are all a work family.

Cooks must follow food safety procedures, use the FIFO method, and follow Department of Health food storage standards. They work well with the team, creating a joyful and optimistic work environment in which we are all a working family.
