Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with employees and supervise them efficiently
• Inventory supplies and reorder items as needed
• Guide crew members, reallocate labor, and coordinate operations
• Solicit guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills for administrative duties
• Maintain cash variances at acceptable levels
• Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
