Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Managing day to day cash responsibilities
- Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
- Managing team member performance and staffing needs
- Overseeing daily inventory needs
- Engaging and resolving customer complaints
- Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Executing catering orders and unique customer needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
- Knowledge of computer and internet based software and hardware preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Must be available Monday to Saturday

Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
