Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
The marketing manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Chick-fil-A's products and services and drive sales. The marketing manager is involved in all aspects of the business including operations of our Drive Thru customers, Catering, Events and our Community. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, overseeing and managing marketing strategies for Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Rd.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plan
- Stewardship of the marketing budget
- Taking full responsibility for putting the marketing plan into action which will include:
- Partner with Director of Stewardship for fundraisers, donation requests and other community support opportunities
- Partner with Catering Manager to increase sales and grow business
- Utilize social networks and email for marketing needs
- Keep social media accounts current
- Promotion of local, regional and national campaigns Chick-fil-A offers
- Create, plan and host events for Jett Ferry Rd. to drive sales and build business
- Create and build partnerships within the community to build the brand of Chick-fil-A
- Understand annual overall sales goal with the corresponding strategies and expected outcomes
- Understand and help meet annual goals for catering and outside sales opportunities
- Understand and help meet annual goals for mobile channels and potential delivery operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing type of role focusing on growing sales, social media engagement, and community involvement
- Experience with Canva, and/or other creative platforms
- Experience with creating and posting on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook
- Experience and knowledge in a similar role where the goal was to increase and drive sales... able to speak from experience
- Able to work 20-25 hours per week with the flexibility to be available for events.
- Creative mind to able to plan, and execute community events and marketing strategies to drive sales
Education:
- High School Diploma
- College Degree preferred for advancement opportunities
Reporting Structure
The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Drive Thru
