Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute operational excellence
- Manage speed of service and order accuracy
- Attentive and courteous customer service

- Operate cash register, tray/bag orders, drive thru headset, dining room cleaning/host
- Ensure all standards and processes are achieved by all team members
- Direct team efforts in order to achieve company goals
- Take ownership for assigned responsibilities; hold team accountable for theirs
- Create setup sheet and assign shift duties
- Manage team member breaks
- Verify team members complete assigned positional checklists
- Ensure team members are completing assigned ownership of tasks
- Drive team members to maintain an exceptionally clean restaurant
- Develop a team mindset with others to focus on excellence; gather the team’s input
- Enthusiastically and optimistically lead all team members
- Display a continuous positive attitude with both guests and team members
- Live out Chick-fil-A customer service behaviors to customers and employees
- Conduct shift huddles – constantly assess and communicate shift efforts
- Enforce grooming standards among team members
- Treat everyone with a positive attitude of honor, dignity, and respect all day, every day
- Be an advocate for your team and shift
- Properly manage assigned assets (equipment, product, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills
- Be of strong values, ethics, and integrity
- Previous leadership experience with solid employment longevity
- Food service experience is preferred
- Proven excellence in carrying out duties and responsibilities
- Driven, results-oriented
- Not known to be timid, nervous, quiet, or slow to act
- Known for taking action, building consensus, influential, and purposeful
- Must have Saturday availability

- Facial/neck/hand tattoos not allowed, no exceptions
- No ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than a single nose piercing (stud only, no hoops)
- Facial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache, is unacceptable. Sideburns must be trimmed to be no longer than the bottom of the earlobe and be consistent with the sides from top to bottom.
