Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to Chick-fil-A standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

- Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining a positive dining experience.

- Team Development: Training and coaching team members on Chick-fil-A procedures, encouraging their growth and development.

- Operational Excellence: Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

- Event Participation: Representing Chick-fil-A at various venues including the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and State Farm Arena during special events and game days.

- Flexible Team Support: Assisting in both front of house (guest service, cashier) and back of house (kitchen, food preparation) roles as needed to support team efficiency and guest satisfaction.
