Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Delivering unparalleled customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest has a remarkable experience.
- Food Preparation: Preparing and serving delicious Chick-fil-A menu items with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
- Event Participation: Representing Chick-fil-A to guests attending events at the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and State Farm Arena during special events and game days.
- Team Collaboration: Working in both front of house (guest service, cashier) and back of house (kitchen, food preparation) positions to ensure smooth operations, contributing positively to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Personal Development: Engaging in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and grow within the company.
- Flexibility: Adapting to varying schedules based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
