Get full-time hours in only 3 days of work! Must have completely open availability on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays or Monday, Wednesday, Fridays. Will have one weekly leadership meeting on one of your "off-days" and potential other scheduled training as needed. You will be scheduled to open or close the restaurant for your team as needed. Use your 4 days off to work on schoolwork, take classes, or spend time with family.

Front of House & Kitchen Directors at Chick-fil-A University at Mill & Broadway at Priest are responsible for the overall operations, training and hospitality for each restaurant. Directors lead a team to ensure quality guest experiences as well as create a high morale environment where team members do their best work and are safe.
You must have the availability to open and close for your 3 shifts. Alongside the General Manager, you will be in charge of food costs, labor, retention, and developing and coaching your team leaders and team members.
Directors are also in charge of equipping all team members with the skills to offer the highest guest experience possible through training, coaching, providing resources, and modeling a hospitality-first mindset. Essential Duties: (including, but not limited to)
- Oversees quality and control systems
- Leadership development of the Team Leaders and Trainers
- Works with a team of Directors & Senior Directors
- Lead weekly Leadership meetings
- Train new team members
- Coach current team members
- Understand the total operations of the business to ensure the guest's have the best experience possible
- Create the weekly schedule
- Place truck orders or conduct weekly/daily inventory counts
- Complete daily leader, food safety, and cleaning checklists, or delegate when necessary
- Conduct interviews
- Take part or lead disciplinary or other one-on-one conversations with team members & leaders

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent with some college preferred
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous customer service experience
Compensation:
- $23/hour
- 35-40 Hours/Week
