Responsibilities:
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Provide immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
- Manage a team of 20, including other leaders
- Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team
- Be a friendly and encouraging team player
- Manage opening and/or closing shifts as needed
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Availability on Saturdays
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Have reliable transportation
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or manager preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong benefit
