Responsibilities:

Lead and manage restaurant operations
Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
Availability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays and Holidays

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Able to lead all age groups from 14-75 years
Able to work long stretches of time on your feet
Love working and helping a team to continual improvement
