Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations
  • Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Availability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays and Holidays

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Able to lead all age groups from 14-75 years
  • Able to work long stretches of time on your feet
  • Love working and helping a team to continual improvement
