Our Leadership Development Program intentionally and methodically develops Leaders with a focus on business acumen, servant leadership and emotional intelligence. The traditional career progression at Chick-fil-A Charleston & Fort Apache starts at Team Member and progresses to Trainer, Team Leader, Manager, Director and Executive Director.
