The NOW, a renowned massage boutique, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the Experience Guide team, ensuring seamless facility operations, and representing The NOW with professionalism and excellence.

Job Summary:

• Be an inspiration and ambassador of professionalism representing The NOW.
• Lead by example in the areas of sales and guest service.
• Assist in training all new Experience Guides.
• Act as a liaison between the Experience Guides and Leadership team.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team during regular meetings regarding any improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in the areas of sales and guest service.
• Execute on operational tasks and sales goals for the boutique.
• Represent leadership in handling internal and external guest service complaints and concerns.
• Assist in training all new Experience Guides.
• Attend and assist with all necessary staff training sessions and meetings.
• Share suggestions and voice challenges to the Leadership Team.
