Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
- Work the under fire grill to cook chicken ribs and burgers and the Montague broiler to cook various cuts of steak.
- Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Key Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
- Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
