Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile
Create and maintain eye contact
Speak enthusiastically
Make emotional connections with guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of our restaurant
Multi-task quickly, yet thoroughly demonstrating a strong sense of urgency
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on your feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and other team members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A's policies and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
