Looking for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant with a love of pastry and willingness to learn.
Position will focus on pastry fundamentals: doughs, cakes, sauces and other dessert components with an opportunity for creativity and growth.
Working knowledge of pastry and kitchen basics is preferred and culinary students are welcome!

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
