Job Summary:

Bond Cocktail Lounge is seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Floor Manager will lead and support the FOH team, maintain high service standards, and help create a vibrant atmosphere that reflects Bond's exclusive and innovative cocktail offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor FOH staff, including servers, bartenders, and hostesses.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals, specials, and service expectations.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Ensure all guests receive attentive, personalized service.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and upscale atmosphere in alignment with Bond Cocktail Lounge's brand.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and efficiency.
  • Manage floor plans, seating arrangements, and reservations to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the lounge, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Sales & Performance:
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting menu offerings and upselling premium options.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, such as guest feedback and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between FOH staff and management.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in regular management meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail culture, food and beverage service, and FOH operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with OPENTABLE reservation and TOAST POS systems.
  • Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
