Business Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a Business Marketing Intern who is eager to take full ownership of a key area of our business, working directly alongside our leadership team to bring innovative strategies to life. Your Mission:

As our Marketing Intern, you will take the lead on one of three high-impact focus areas:

  • Growth of our Catering Business
  • Growth of our Marketing Events using the Chick-fil-A Mobile Trailer
  • Growth of our Delivery and Mobile-Thru Business

You will be empowered to create, execute, and manage a full-cycle marketing plan to drive measurable growth in your chosen area. This is your opportunity to own the process from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in your focus area
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with the Winning Hearts model
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to bring your plan to life
  • Create marketing tools, training materials, and sustainable systems to ensure continuity after your internship
  • Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and optimize your strategies in real time
  • Present your results and recommendations to leadership at the end of your internship


Who You Are:

  • A Junior or Senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or currently enrolled in an MBA program
  • A self-starter with a passion for people, storytelling, and business innovation
  • Excited about taking initiative and full ownership of a project from start to finish
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values servant leadership
