Roles:
- The Shift Leader has the responsibility for being responsible for running day-to-day activities at your store and ensuring that our personnel and our product is top notch.
- The Director has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a fast casual restaurant as well as executing objectives in their respective areas of focus such as HR, People, Training, DT or Quality.
- The Assistant General Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a fast casual restaurant by ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
These roles will report directly to their store's respective General Manager. The Shift Lead and Director roles entail an on-site position for part-time or full-time work. The Assistant General Manger role entails an on-site position for full-time work with at least 45 hours each week. Candidates must have a flexible schedule with nights and weekends being required. Candidates must have a prior understanding of FOH and BOH operations.
Job Qualifications:
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- At least 2 years of previous Restaurant Management experience
