Client Retention and Account Management:
At the heart of our organization, our Client Retention and Account Management teams are pivotal to ensuring both client satisfaction and the efficient operation of our services. This dynamic area requires a unique blend of skills, combining customer relationship management, facility oversight, and sharp business acumen. The primary mission is to foster robust and enduring client relationships characterized by exceptional service, proactively addressing client needs, and identifying strategic opportunities for revenue growth. Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating catering orders and team meal arrangements for professional sports teams. By working closely with our Business Development Specialist, Dietitian, Culinary Teams, and vendor partners, you will ensure an exceptional food service experience for players and staff. When teams are on the road, you’ll collaborate with our trusted vendor partners nationwide and our Sales Operations Team to guarantee seamless execution. Your efforts will be essential in upholding the team's culinary satisfaction and success, both at home and on the move.

Our Sales Operations Department plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, from planning and managing processes to risk management and vendor relations.
