Front of the House Team Leader

Rate of payStarting at $16 per hour

A Front of the House Team Leader will oversee the "Front of the House", the front counter of the restaurant, by running a shift. The leader is responsible for placing team members in suitable positions, running breaks, and ensuring that exceptional guest experience is provided. A FOH leader is someone who to excels in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and social skills.


Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area

- Assist with food production and preparation as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
